On Wednesday, August 15, we will have a BRP Volunteer meeting.
The general purpose of the meeting is to establish a council to run the 
workshop and agree upon participant roles. I have attached a sample 
agenda below. Please send me your comments by this Friday (8-10).

Also, I have installed two box fans in the workshop (top of breezeway 
wall). All they need is a couple extension cords to ventilate the 
space. If you can donate one, you and your cohorts will greatly 
appreciate it.

Finally, there are two nice road bicycles in the shop (a Cannondale and 
another). These are NOT donations. One of the riders took a spill on 
Friday's Courteous Mass and had to go to the hospital. She was released 
later that evening and is recovering nicely. We transported the bikes 
to the shop so the riders wouldn't have to worry about them. Please 
take good care of these bikes.

ps. If someone wants to organize the spare tires onto the new racks 
installed last week, that would be nice.
