A lady stopped by the shop this afternoon and mentioned a bike co-op in 
atlanta that is similar to BRP

"Sopo Bicycle Cooperative is a non-profit, community-based bicycle 
repair shop that makes transportation affordable, accessible, and 
sustainable.
We do this by providing free bicycle maintenance services and education 
during General Shop Hours, and through our special programs."
