BRPers, I'm relaying a message from the BikeAthens Administrator Cara Sipprelle with a chance to help out:
Hi folks,
Our first Bike to Market Day is this upcoming Saturday. For those of you who haven't been before- we have typically used this as an opportunity to table and get word out about BikeAthens (and give anyone who walks, bikes, or takes the bus a rewarding cookie!). This year we are re-branding it as Commuter Assistance Day and are planning on having more practical commuting information available- including route planning assistance and a bike and bike stand with which we can demonstrate things like quick ABC checks and maybe some other basic skills like adjusting your seat or derailleur. We would love to get some folks that are already familiar with basic bike maintenance skills to help out! There are two shifts- 9-10 and 10-11.
