I've already bought the book, and it's a great read and super informative.  Highly recommend it!

Subject: BikeAthens Discussion: Former BikeAthens Chair publishes book on sustainable transportation.

Long-time BikeAthens members should remember Jason Henderson whoâback in the early 90sâprovided knowledge and energy about alternative transportation to an Athens community largely bereft of cycling infrastructure.  I just saw his new book announced in The Chronicle of Higher Education Review.  Itâs entitled Street Fight: The Politics of Mobility in San Francisco.  The one-line description says it âuses the city as a case study of successes and challenges in sustainable transportation.â
