Support updated bicycle laws in Georgia
Urge lawmakers to pass HB 101- the "Better Bicycling" bill

HB 101, the "Better Bicycling" bill, will clean up and clarify a host of outdated Georgia laws related to bicycling safety. This bill will improve public safety and awareness by clarifying a host of outdated laws related to bicycling safety. HB 101 also will more clearly defines vehicular right of way and establishes minimum guidelines for safe bicycle facilities, and will modernize Georgia's code to better accommodate current bicycling equipment.
