Astonishing to see the number of fatalities (map) around Athens, most of them people in vehicles. All the more scary because auto passengers are far better-protected in accidents than bicyclists. >From the relatively few bike/pedestrian fatalities, it's hard to reach conclusions. Would be useful to see bike/ped accidents/injuries (not just fatalities) to suggest where problem areas are.
